Enterprise Management in Industry 4.0 and Human Resource Development

Based on the research, the aim of the dissertation is to identify the key competencies in the conditions of Industry 4.0 and to propose tools for human resources development in order to evaluate their implementation in terms of ensuring the required development of employees. In the quantitative part, based on a questionnaire survey, the statistical research revealed in the number of ANOVA tests and after adjusting their p-values by Bonferroni correction, the competencies of leadership and lifelong learning as statistically significant key competencies of professionals for Industry 4.0. This statistical result is supported by the case studies included in the qualitative part of the dissertation. The case studies capture the professional development of five managers who hold Industry 4.0 core competencies. From the qualitative research in the form of coaching interviews, the thesis shows the professional development of the experts by an average of two levels for each competency separately on the ten-point scale based on the primary questionnaire survey based on the experts' self-evaluation. The coaching method was confirmed in the case studies as the most effective method of competence development for Industry 4.0 compared to leadership and mentoring. The use of 360-degree feedback confirms the results reached by the author in the case studies. The methods for developing human resources in key positions in Industry 4.0 conditions have been effectively captured and the objectives have been met.
Coaching as a profession: bases for professional ethics of coaching and reflection on selected topics

This diploma thesis presents coaching as an independent profession. It shows that it is not just a method of training, counseling or employee management, which would then follow the ethics of the fields in which it is applied, but that coaching is a profession that has its own methodology, research and practice, during which atise a specific ethical issues, and this diploma thesis will focus on selected ones. The first part deals with the issue of the concept of coaching. Based on the definition of coaching and its historical development, it tries to distinguish coaching from psychotherapy, mentoring, counseling and also from sports coaching. It examines the etymology of the word coach, whether there is any more suitable Czech equivalent of this profession designation, which is closely connected primarily with the sports environment. It tries to define the professional base of coaching, to find its position among the helping professions, to show its independence and thus to obtain starting points for future ethical reflections. In the second part of the diploma thesis, the paradigm of the coach- client relationship is determined, the coach's professional competencies and assumptions on the client's side are defined. Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o tvorbě udržitelného podnikatelského plánu pro menší start-up, který vstupuje na trh v oblasti seznamování a vztahů. Firma nabízí koučink v oblasti seberozvoje, seznamování a vztahů. Hlavní zjištění této práce zahrnuje, že typický klient je mladý muž s velmi analytickou myslí. Tento klient si vyžaduje logické řešení, které bude vysvětleno v jednotlivých krocích. Také poukazuje na to, že tento podnikatelský model může být velice ziskový, pokud se podnikatel vyhne zbytečným chybám a zvládne rizika.
Internal coaching

This thesis is dealing with internal coaching programmes in organizations. It bases on the theory of coaching method, coaching models and its forms and it describes the process of coaching dialogues. It also confronts coaching with psychotherapy and talks about the role of a coach and requirements for his expertise in the methodology. The thesis is describing internal coaching programmes in general and include specific examples from practice. They talk about reasons and advantages of internal coaching compared to the external. A part of this is a model of internal coaching programme for the environment of a law firm. The model is showing the possible connection of internal coaching with the existing in-company processes and the concept of key competencies of an organization. The thesis is not only following the existing internal coaching models, it is also evaluating them and outlining possible potential of internal coaching programmes in companies.
Coaching the coach in the game

Title: Coaching the coach in the game Aims: To diagnose coaching performance in two competitive matches of youth category. In the following, I will focus on the forms of coach behavior and postural activity. Research questions: How and in what form should the coach motivate his players in a match? What influence will the match and its result have on the coach and his postural activity in the monitored matches? How does the coach give instructions and feedback? Methods: To achieve the goals I use the method of observation, audio and video recording method and the method of teaching interaction (ADI) Results: The objective of this work was accomplished. Application of the Wisconsin Inventory of Smoking Dependence Motives (WISDM-68) for coaching in the domain of quitting smoking

This thesis is based on a succesfully defended master's thesis dealing with the possibility of using psychological coaching as a support method for smoking cessation. The theoretical section provides an overview of key information on the topics of coaching and smoking, with an emphasis primarily on the aspects applied in the qualitative research project, the description of which constitutes the content of the empirical section. On the basis of the author's preconceived original design which, in addition to the diagnostic and evaluation phases, comprised the essential stage of the three-month long coaching of nine smokers in different stages of the cessation process, the author sought to map the potential benefits, advantages and other aspects of the use of coaching as an innovative method, thusfar not commonly included among the established alternatives offered as smoking cessation intervention techniques. The main contribution of this thesis is a focus on The Wisconsin Inventory of Smoking Dependence Motives (WISDM-68) and its use in smoking cessation coaching. Leading players in a tennis match - coaching

ON- COURT COACHING IN TENIS - COACHING Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to contribute to the topic of "on-court coaching", to find out the up-to-date experience of the tennis players and coaches, their opinion on the ideal coach and their attitude towards introduction of the on-court coaching into the tennis tournaments. Methods: We have used qualitative inquiry methods in our work. To obtain qualitative data, we have created two structured and controlled interviews. Two groups of subjects were used (players and coaches) to get two sets of results. We have deliberately chosen the subjects and then expanded results using "the snowball" mechanism. For evaluation, we assigned codes to certain sets of texts, classified them and commented on them. Some of the resulting answers were converted into relative frequency. We have analyzed acquired data to interpret the results question by question. First, we evaluated data from the "coach" group of respondents, then from the "players" group. Discussion is often part of the result interpretation. We have also frequently compared the result between the two target groups. Using of Coaching Method in the Kinetic Therapy - Focused on the Personal Development

This work is focused on the possibilities of linking methods of coaching and physical therapy in the field of psychological personal development. The author explains the concepts related to coaching and physical therapy and introduces to the reader the current situation in these two interconnected fields. The aim of this work is to find out if and how to use the coaching techniques in physical therapy. The rate of utilization of these techniques is verified by a qualitative survey.
